As a life coach, I’m an optimist and a self-made believer, in the power of journaling. I am committed to guiding you on a journey of self-discovery, taking you out of your comfort zone and inspiring you to be a better version of yourself. My general view of life is it’s never too late to get to know yourself.
I believe you already have all you need in you to be and have the life you want. With that in mind, I am dedicated to inspire and empower you to achieve your full potential and live the life you truly want to
live, by showing your authentic true self. We always seem to think that the grass is greener on the other side. But as Joseph McCledon III (Neuro-Psychologist and performance coachs) says, “the grass is always greener where you water it”.
So I am here to tell you my dear, that gaining a deeper relationship with yourself, getting to know who your authentic self is, unlocks that amazing person in you. You just need to find that key and I am here to guide you through this process.
In taking the journey of finding my true authentic self I found a set of questions by Deepak Chopra that I feel lead me to where I am today. It took some time before I got the answers I was looking for. Patience in yourself and in your process of growth is important to have. It took me 1 year of asking myself these questions, keeping a journal of my journey and doing things out of my comfort zone to get me where I wanted to be.
I created this tool for the people who want to start the process of finding their Authentic selves. These questions will help you get a real understanding of who you are, and what you want to become.
As you download this tool to starting an authentic journey, take your time and be kind to yourself.

“Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.” “Because true belonging only happens when we present our authentic, imperfect selves to the world, our sense of belonging can never be greater than our level of self-acceptance.” “Vulnerability sounds like truth and feels like courage.
